Effective Date: September 25, 2025 or using the FREE Healthy Vending website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.
1. Services Provided
FREE Healthy Vending provides information about vending machine placement opportunities and sells automated retail equipment (vending machines and AI smart coolers). This website may also serve as a lead-generation platform for businesses seeking vending machine placement.
2. Equipment Sales
All vending equipment sold is new and sourced from established U.S. manufacturers (Wittern, CranePI). Equipment is commercial-grade and intended for business use only. Standard warranties apply: 2 years for vending machines, 1 year for smart coolers.
3. Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, sales are considered final. Equipment purchases are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return except as provided under the warranty policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Equipment
If equipment arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify FREE Healthy Vending within 3 days of delivery at support@freehealthyvending.com. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange warranty service or replacement.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the unit, as determined by the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items include:
- Equipment that has been installed, used, or modified
- Equipment purchased outside of FREE Healthy Vending
- Consumable products, accessories, or parts not covered under warranty
5. Placement Services
Information provided on vending machine placement opportunities is for location lead-generation purposes only. Placement opportunities are not guaranteed and are subject to approval and availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of FREE Healthy Vending and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
FREE Healthy Vending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, purchase of equipment, or reliance on placement information.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
